This is a <strong>permanent, full-time</strong> opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</div> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>This specific role calls for a Paralegal with sound experience processing a high volume of PERM Labor Certification cases.&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><strong>As our Business Immigration Paralegal, your key responsibilities will include:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided.</li> <li><strong>Ensure accountability for the drafting and monitoring of <span style="text-decoration: underline;">PERM</span> casework.</strong></li> <li>Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner.</li> <li>Utilize online immigration case tracking system to monitor case status and activities on a daily basis.</li> <li>Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies.</li> <li>Respond to client communication requests – either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.</li> <li>Prioritize daily workload based on fluctuating client deadlines, while maintaining an appropriate sense of urgency.</li> <li>Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager.</li> <li>Contribute to positive team morale,&nbsp;<em>especially within a remote work environmen</em>t.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To APPLY for this role and be under consideration, you must possess the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2-3 full years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal, specifically handling all stages of the PERM Labor Certification process.</li> <li>Completed bachelor’s degree – highly desirable.</li> <li>A genuine interest in US immigration, with a desire to treat clients &amp; foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach.</li> <li>Experience working with a high volume of active and inactive cases at any one time.</li> <li>Excellent written + verbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammar.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent accuracy of work.</li> <li>Experience communicating directly with client company representatives and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements.</li> <li>Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize caseload.</li> <li>Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to state-of-the-art Envoy case processing software to monitor and record all visa petitions.</li> <li>Ability to follow due process, templates, and to adapt to evolving innovation within the Firm, and Industry.</li> <li>Minimum Intermediate level proficiency with MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word).</li> <li>A friendly, courteous, and respectful demeanor with the ability to work as a member of a close-knit team.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Annual Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000</strong></p> <p><strong>Notice at Collection for California Applicants:</strong><strong><br></strong><a href="http://www.envoyglobal.com/notice-at-collection-for-ca-applicants">http://www.envoyglobal.com/notice-at-collection-for-ca-applicants</a></p> <p><strong><span class="ui-provider ec bos bot bou bov bow box boy boz bpa bpb bpc bpd bpe bpf bpg bph bpi bpj bpk bpl bpm bpn bpo bpp bpq bpr bps bpt bpu bpv bpw bpx bpy bpz">#LI-REMOTE</span></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
