These role require a seasoned professional with strong immigration background, specifically in the field of US business/corporate immigration - this means, your experience will be skewed towards the <u>processing of US employment-based visa applications</u>.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">As our Senior Immigration Specialist</span></strong><strong><span data-contrast="auto">, you will be required to:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Communicate and understand the US immigration requirements of clients both individuals and corporates</li> <li>Work across the following types of visas: EB-1/2/3, O-1, NIW, dependent and derivative cases, advance parole and work authorizations, AOS, and all phases of the employment-based Green Card processes</li> <li>Manage visa applications from initiation through completion, overseeing the full application lifecycle, consistently focus on improving accuracy while processing visa applications</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of industry changes and any amendments to US immigration laws</li> <li>Maintain an accurate record of cases and provide periodic updates as required</li> <li>Remain aware of regular USCIS updates</li> <li>Proactively identify the opportunities for process/ system improvement and work closely with lead, Technology QA and Development teams to implement</li> <li>Work closely with the inhouse technology teams to develop and improve our technology products, as and when required</li> </ul> <p><strong><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW226621243 BCX9">To apply for this role, you should&nbsp;</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW226621243 BCX9">possess</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW226621243 BCX9"> the following skills, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW226621243 BCX9">experience</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW226621243 BCX9"> and qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Possess hands on experience in processing the complete end to end EB-1A/B/C, O-1, Green Card petition drafting and LCA preparation in DOL and maintaining data with the high quality</li> <li>Willing to work in shifts</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English grammar must be excellent</li> <li>Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to effectively multi-task</li> <li>Strong client / customer focus and a team approach</li> <li>4 to 8 years of experience within employment-based immigration, preferably in a large high volume law firm environment</li> <li>LLB/LLM from accredited college or university.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>If this role excites you, please take a moment to complete the questionnaire below and attach your current resume.
