This position will work collaboratively with the Finance team and department contacts to support budgeting, planning, and performance analysis. The Finance team’s effectiveness directly contributes to excellence in ministry accountability, stewardship, informed decision-making, sound fiscal management, and the overall reputation of the organization. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. </li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and summarize findings for review by senior Finance team members.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and supporting documentation.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"> Work with department contacts to monitor spending and support alignment with operating budgets.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"> Assist in preparing financial schedules for funding proposals and periodic reports for institutional funders.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"> Support the identification of financial risks and opportunities and escalate findings to senior team members.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Support continuous process improvements to maximize efficiency, consistency,
