This position will collaborate closely with leadership across departments to support budgeting, long-range planning, and performance analysis. The Finance team’s effectiveness directly contributes to excellence in ministry accountability, stewardship, informed decision-making, sound fiscal management, and the overall reputation of the organization. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. </li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, supporting documentation, and interpretation of results.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"> Partner with department leaders to develop operating budgets, monitor spending, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial schedules for funding proposals, and periodic reports for key institutional funders.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Identify financial risks and opportunities that may impact financial performance and recommend appropriate actions.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Provide continuous process improvements to maximize efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial services and information, including automating processes and tools.</li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Ensure financial data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
