Advocacy</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Conduct complex legal research and analysis that leads to legislative, regulatory, and policy solutions addressing corporate and state-sponsored censorship.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Conduct complex legal research and analysis that informs litigation strategies designed to combat or expose corporate and state-sponsored censorship.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Provide strategic counsel on litigation and other quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government and coordinate with litigation teams on in- and out-of-court anti-censorship efforts.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Conduct legal and topical research and produce memos, articles, and white papers on corporate and state-sponsored censorship.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Provide legal strategy and support to shareholders using the proxy process to hold companies accountable for engaging in censorship, as part of a broader corporate accountability strategy.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Provide legal advice to CEOs, General Counsels, and other business leaders on issues related to censorship, free expression, and corporate responsibility.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Assist in building, equipping, and advising networks of ideologically aligned business leaders and allies to resist and counter censorship pressures in the corporate and financial sectors.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Assist in drafting model legislation, preparing expert testimony, and testifying on legislation and regulations concerning corporate and state-sponsored censorship.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><strong>Public Engagement &amp;
