<p>At Lightricks, you’ll lead a team selling at the forefront of AI, specifically video generation, one of the fastest-moving categories in tech. Our LTX-2 model powers a growing ecosystem through open-source innovation, enterprise licensing, and API integrations.</p>
<p>We’ve been building in AI/ML for over a decade. You may know us as the creators of Facetune, used by hundreds of millions globally.</p>
<p>Now, we’re scaling our next chapter: bringing cutting-edge AI video solutions to enterprise customers, studios, and creative organizations.</p>
<p>This role is about building and leading a high-performing team in a space that’s still being defined. You won’t just manage, you’ll shape how we sell, who we sell to, and how we win.</p>

<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Lead Revenue & Team Performance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own revenue outcomes for a team of AEs selling into enterprise accounts</li>
<li>Drive consistent quota attainment through strong execution and accountability</li>
<li>Build a high-performance culture with clear expectations and urgency</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Coach & Develop Talent</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Run hands-on deal reviews, call coaching, and strategy sessions</li>
<li>Elevate team performance across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles</li>
<li>Hire, develop, and retain high-potential AEs</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Build the Sales Motion</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Help define and refine go-to-market strategy as we scale</li>
<li>Establish best practices across pipeline generation, deal execution, and closing</li>
<li>Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve conversion and product-market fit</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Pipeline & Forecast Discipline</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure strong pipeline health across inbound and outbound channels</li>
<li>Drive accurate forecasting and clear deal inspection</li>
<li>Improve key metrics: win rates, deal size, and sales cycle</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in B2B SaaS or technical sales</li>
<li>2+ years leading AEs in enterprise or complex sales environments</li>
<li>Proven track record of driving team quota attainment</li>
<li>Experience with multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles</li>
<li>Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as needed</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience selling into media, creative, or technical audiences</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI, video, or developer-facing products</li>
<li>Background in high-growth or early-stage environments</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Base:</strong> $140,000–$175,000</li>
<li><strong>OTE:</strong> $280,000–$350,000 (uncapped)</li>
<li>Equity (stock options)</li>
