Visual Generative AI Solutions Specialist at Lightricks

<p>We're looking for a <strong>Visual Generative AI Solutions Specialist</strong> to join our AI Lab — a cross-functional group driving innovation, experimentation, and advanced AI capabilities across Lightricks. We're looking for someone who lives in the visual generation space — diffusion models, video synthesis, and the creative pipelines that bring them to life in production.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of <strong>applied AI, creative technology, and product</strong>. You’ll work hands-on with <strong>LTX-2 workflows and open-source generative models</strong>, prototype new capabilities, help bring AI solutions to market, and act as a domain expert supporting teams across the company — from Product and Design to Sales and Business Development.</p> <p>Success in this role requires <strong>technical depth in generative AI</strong>, strong ownership, curiosity, and a passion for pushing creative AI forward.</p> <h2>What you will be doing</h2> <ul> <li>Build Visual&nbsp;<strong>AI-driven creative workflows, PoCs, and production-ready pipelines</strong> with a strong focus on LTX-2 and open-source generative models</li> <li>Experiment with generative AI architectures and techniques to unlock new creative capabilities and solve high-end production challenges</li> <li>Partner with Business Development and major studios, providing technical demos and pipeline integration guidance</li> <li>Act as a&nbsp;<strong>trusted technical advisor</strong> for clients and internal teams on generative AI, animation, 3D, and creative computing</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Research, Design, and Creative teams to turn innovation into impactful features</li> <li>Own the&nbsp;<strong>ideation and exploration</strong> of new creative and AI-driven capabilities - from concept and research to tangible prototypes and production impact</li> </ul> <h2>Your skills and experience</h2> <h3><strong>Must have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Hands-on experience with <strong>generative AI tools and frameworks, </strong>such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LTX, or similar open-source ecosystems</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong understanding of <strong>generative AI systems</strong> - including model architectures, ControlNets, LoRAs, IP-Adapters, and creative AI pipelines</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>Scripting and coding skills</strong> (Python, workflow automation) to build, extend, and optimize AI pipelines</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Independence in planning and executing experiments to solve open-ended, high-impact problems</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; High curiosity and ongoing engagement with the AI ecosystem - tools, models, community, research</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Strong advantage</strong></h3> <ul> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Experience in <strong>animation, VFX, post-production</strong>, game design, or creative marketing environments.</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Understanding of <strong>production pipelines</strong> (offline/online, render farms, asset management).</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Proficiency in at least one major creative tool (After Effects, Nuke, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven creative workflows and visual outcomes.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><em>If you’re excited about pushing the boundaries of generative AI in real-world creative production, we’d love to talk.</em></p> <h2>Who we are</h2> <p>Lightricks is an AI-first company creating next-generation content creation technology for businesses, enterprises, and studios with a mission to bridge the gap between imagination and creation.
