As a key member of our Department of Defense (DoD) financial management team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging your DoD financial management knowledge and expertise in Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, SAP-FM, and Oracle.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their financial management needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.</li> <li>Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, SAP-FM, and Oracle to analyze financial data, identify trends, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards.</li> <li>Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from various feeder systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.</li> <li>Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, providing guidance and support to end-users.</li> <li>Conduct thorough financial analyses, reconciliations, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify potential areas for improvement.</li> <li>Offer financial advisory services to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on your expert analysis.</li> <li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DoD financial management and technology, providing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Active Secret Clearance is required for this role.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience as a Financial Management Analyst, within DoD Headquarters or DoD Components.</li> <li>Proficiency in Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, SAP-FM, and Oracle with a track record of leveraging these tools to drive meaningful insights and support decision-making.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.</li> <li>Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week onsite (Pentagon &amp; McLean, VA), with the remaining days available for remote work.</li> <li>CDFM, CGFM, or DoD FM Certification is a plus</li> </ul> <p>Application Deadline: June 30, 2026</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
