Our consultants work closely with our clients to support modernization of financial systems that prioritize security and protection. The consultant will help our national security functional experts navigate a complex and changing business landscape. This role requires technical expertise and a strong understanding of DoD business processes, enabling effective integration of solutions.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business strategies and objectives to support solutions for those objectives and strategies</li> <li>Business Process Analysis: Work closely with clients to analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized workflows within ERP frameworks</li> <li>Serve as a liaison to the subject matter experts across highly diverse mission fields</li> <li>Collaborate within cross-functional teams in a rapidly changing mission-oriented work environment</li> <li>Possess and apply knowledge of the Department of the Army financial systems and processes</li> <li>Support Prioritization of process improvements within the command/Army and actively support operational needs.</li> <li>Manage project timelines and deliverables keeping stakeholders informed of progress and any challenges encountered.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with expertise in systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.</li> <li>Experience supporting DoD (Army preferred) financial management and business process re-engineering</li> <li>Knowledge of the Department of the Army financial systems and business processes strongly preferred</li> <li>Experience with the Army’s General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) required, General Fund Enterprise Business System – Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA) preferred</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
