<p>SMX is currently recruiting for Training Specialists to support our State and Local Government customers on a child welfare information system implementation. SMX seeks to advance the critical missions of the United States through advanced software development, operation and maintenance of multiple 24x7 complex environments, and professional business consulting leveraging a wide variety of process methodologies and technologies. You will join a team of highly driven, supportive, and skilled professionals engaged in delivering solutions for our most critical national and local challenges.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p>

<div class="now-textarea-slot">• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for child welfare information system implementation, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and go-live training <br>• Create training deliverables including Training Manuals, End-User Guides and Materials using the Articulate platform<br>• Develop and deploy LMS courseware for all training modules, including PowerPoint presentations and user guides<br>• Revise Training Course Catalog to address customer comments through project completion<br>• Conduct phased training delivery with accelerated TTT and parallel LMS development approach<br>• Provide virtual training delivery support to in person training team as needed<br>• Work cooperatively with Project Manager and UAT Coordinator in developing training objectives and ensuring alignment with project timelines<br>• Coordinate with project functional teams and customer stakeholders on training environment access, configuration, and delivery requirements<br>• Incorporate feedback from TTT attendees into LMS courses on a rolling basis before go-live training begins<br>• Serve as subject matter expert for training-related technical issues and resolution</div>

<div class="now-form-field-label"><span class="now-line-height-crop"><span class="now-form-field-label-text" data-truncation="true" data-truncationmouseover="true">• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent years of experience<br>• Practical experience in developing and delivering training programs in a State and Local or Department of Defense environment<br>• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) courseware development and deployment<br>• Strong instructional design skills with ability to create training manuals, end-user guides, and learning materials<br>• Ability to handle shifting priorities and possess excellent time management skills to meet aggressive deadlines <br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and deliver effective training</span></span></div>

<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
