Let's roll!</p> <h2><strong>The impact you'll make:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Enter all purchase orders (POs) into SAP using the correct company codes for national and international.</li> <li>Enter additional POs into SAP for Material Orders, Event Marketing, Licensing and Apparel, and Operations.</li> <li>Source special reoccurring orders (i.e. vehicle wraps, sales flash cards, etc.).</li> <li>Provide expected estimated time of arrivals (ETA’s) on POs issued and update as needed to management.</li> <li>Assist other members of the POS department when requested.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, IT or some college preferred.</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, order processing</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP software</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Preferred Certifications: N/A</li> <li>Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Ability to work with a sense of urgency, solid work ethics, ability to multitask, process drive, and ability to interact with key players.
