Order Picker at Monster Energy

<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>In the position of Order Picker you will be responsible for reading orders and selecting the correct items from the warehouse inventory before staging the items for deliveries</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Read release form thoroughly before starting order, identify rush orders, special request orders, and prioritize accordingly.</li> <li>Accurately and efficiently select merchandise from storage locations to fulfill customer orders. Verify product details, quantities, and quality before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Understand the warehouse layout to easily navigate to the correct aisle and storage racks to retrieve items efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each order.</li> <li>Pack merchandise securely and appropriately for shipping, using packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. Report instructions to the UPS shipper or office thoroughly.</li> <li>Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory levels. Maintain records accurately</li> <li>Use warehouse equipment and machinery, including picking devices and packing stations. Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work area. Build pallets in a cost efficient manner .</li> <li>Interact with team members, supervisors, and delivery personnel throughout the shift in a professional manner.</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field of study</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse distribution</li> <li>Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in handling forklifts, pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: Minimal Computer Skills</li> <li>Preferred Certifications: Forklift Certification preferred</li> <li>Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience in voice picking systems or radio frequency devices a plus&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
