<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2>
<p>As a Frontend Developer II, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing user-facing features across various digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences that align with Monster Energy's brand identity.</p>
<h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Feature Implementation: Develop and enhance user-facing features, ensuring a seamless user experience.</li>
<li>Design Integration: Collaborate with design teams to implement pixel-perfect User Interface (UI) components using tools like Figma.</li>
<li>Bug Fixes & Enhancements: Address front-end issues and implement enhancements to improve application performance.</li>
<li>Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit tests and participate actively in code reviews to maintain high quality standards.</li>
<li>Standards Compliance: Follow established development, security, and deployment standards to ensure robust and secure applications.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Engage actively in sprint ceremonies, technical discussions, and team meetings to foster collaboration and innovation.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who You Are:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in computer-science, information systems, related technical field preferred</li>
<li> Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working directly with front-end programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS</li>
<li>Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Figma, Git Version Control, Browser Stack, Click Up, Bootstrap, and GitHub Copilot to streamline development workflows.</li>
<li>Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap for responsive design and GitHub for version control. • Experience working successfully with high profile strategic partners</li>
<li>Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment</li>
<li>Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with non-technical internal clients</li>
<li>Must be focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continually changing environment</li>
<li>Ability to successfully manage multiple schedules and projects simultaneously</li>
