Join us.</p> <h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>In the position of Continuous Development Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration, testing,&nbsp;planning, scheduling, and deployment of software releases to ensure they are executed smoothly and on time.&nbsp; Coordinate between development, Quality Assurance (QA), and business partners to resolve issues and manage risks&nbsp;throughout the release process. Deliver stable, high-quality, and secure software across multiple environments while&nbsp;ensuring team alignment.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Align development, QA, and business stakeholders on release timelines, utilizing project management (PM) tools to&nbsp;track dependencies and deadlines for repositories hosted on GitHub. Confidently resolve conflicts by monitoring pull&nbsp;requests in tandem with task updates, ensuring seamless synchronization across teams.</li> <li>Execute end-to-end software deployments by testing, validating branch readiness, coordinating multi-environment&nbsp;rollouts, and verifying post-deployment health to ensure accurate, stable releases</li> <li>Mitigate release risk by detecting and resolving merge conflicts, validating commit readiness, and coordinating&nbsp;rapid cross-team responses to security or quality issues to keep release timelines on track.</li> <li>Communicate release status by delivering concise, targeted updates (email, standups, dashboards) that summarize&nbsp;progress, risks, and timeline impacts to drive informed stakeholder decisions.</li> <li>Follow standardize release workflows (branching models, pull request guidelines, approval gates) across internal&nbsp;teams and vendors to ensure consistent, auditable deployments.</li> <li>Work with QA counterparts to plan and execute release validation, triage and track defects, and drive timely fixes&nbsp;so only quality-verified builds are pushed to production environments.</li> <li>Refine and standardized Continuous Integration, Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions&nbsp;workflows or Azure Dev Ops to automate designing, building, testing, deploying and maintaining applications.</li> <li>Measure and report on release performance analyzing trends to recommend process improvements.</li> <li>Define and deliver structured education (guides, workshops, coaching) on release lifecycle and branching strategies&nbsp;to drive uniform deployment approaches across teams.</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field</li> <li>1-3 years of experience in development operations practices, IT operations</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery&nbsp;processes</li> <li>Computer Skills Desired: GitHub enterprise account management, CI/CD using GitHub, Azure DevOps or Similar toolset,</li> <li>Build automation with MSBuild, dotnet CLI, Git Actions. Proficient in managing .Net environments, Nuget package&nbsp;management and scripting with PowerShell for automation and deployment tasks.</li> <li>Microsoft DevOps Engineer, GitHub Admin, GitHub Actions, GitHub Advanced Security</li> <li>Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft .NET</li> <li>Core development stack, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, and Web API driven projects. Advanced knowledge and&nbsp;experience with TypeScript, Angular, React or other frontend framework preferred.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below.
