<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CodePath is looking for a Talent Sourcer who is excited about doing high-impact work in an AI-forward recruiting environment. As a member of CodePath's Talent Engagement team, you will build diverse, qualified pipelines across a wide range of functions from software engineering and data science to philanthropy, curriculum, and marketing.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you'll own top-of-funnel across multiple searches simultaneously. The person who thrives here moves fast, adapts to shifting priorities, and uses every tool available to work at a higher volume and quality than a traditional sourcer.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Execute high-volume outbound sourcing across multiple active requisitions simultaneously</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI-assisted sourcing workflows</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Craft personalized outreach messaging that converts passive talent</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate ambiguous role requirements into targeted search strategies</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and flag process gaps; contribute to sourcing-related employer branding initiatives (up to 1 day/week)</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Active, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar) — you adopted these on your own, not because someone told you to</span></p>

<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a junior level position at an annual salary of $60,000 to $70,000.
