Receipt payment for sales (gift cards, stamps, etc.) Reconciles all transactions at the close of each shift</li> <li>Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records for on-campus Shuttle</li> <li>Distribute/receive keys and maintain an accurate log</li> <li>Use a variety of computer programs, phone systems, and emergency systems for multiple tasks and communications</li> <li>Ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident and partner information</li> <li>Special projects as requested</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Education: </strong>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li><strong>Experience: </strong>A minimum of 1 year&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Computer Skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office</li> <li>Positive, outgoing personality. Strong customer service etiquette.
