<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">About the Role</span></span></strong></p>
<p>The Senior Revenue Enablement Programs & Architecture Lead is responsible for designing and scaling structured enablement programs aligned to commercial strategy. This role builds the onboarding, methodology, and launch enablement system that accelerates rep productivity.</p>
<p>This role owns program architecture and light governance — not frontline coaching.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">What the Candidate Will Do</span></span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Program Architecture</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and maintain structured onboarding for TM and SaaS sellers.</li>
<li>Build certification pathways for sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC).</li>
<li>Develop enablement frameworks for product launches and GTM shifts.</li>
<li>Create modular, role-based learning pathways.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Instructional Design</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Apply adult learning principles to design scalable training experiences.</li>
<li>Develop structured learning assets within LMS and Salesforce environments.</li>
<li>Ensure learning continuity and content standardization.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Governance & Measurement (Embedded Ops)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain quarterly enablement roadmap.</li>
<li>Own intake process and prioritization tracking.</li>
<li>Define and track impact metrics (ramp time, adoption, productivity).</li>
<li>Partner with RevOps to measure revenue impact.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">Basic Qualifications</span></span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5–8 years in B2B sales enablement or commercial training.</li>
<li>Strong instructional design and curriculum architecture experience.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Salesforce and sales performance systems.</li>
<li>Experience supporting enterprise sales methodologies.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">Preferred Qualifications</span></span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of SaaS and/or Transportation Management (TM) sales cycles and/or complex enterprise sales cycles. </li>
<li>Experience in logistics, transportation technology, or enterprise SaaS selling.</li>
<li>Background in performance coaching, leadership development, or commercial operations.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly diagnose talent gaps, deal risk, and opportunity strategy.</li>
<li>Strong executive presence with the ability to influence through insights and storytelling.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-stage environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Benefits & Compensation for U.S. Employees</strong></p>

<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"><strong>Illinois: </strong>The target salary for this position is $126,750- $149,600 </span></p>
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"><strong>New York:</strong> The target salary for this position is $134,000-$164,550</span></p>
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"><strong>California:</strong> The target salary for this position is $147,00-$179,500</span></p>
