Modelo de trabajo: On site Req #: 2803 Acerca del rol With over 150 US accounts currently managed by our US Expansion Sales team, we will utilize a team-selling model to leverage our deep-rooted relationships with US-based decision-makers. This coordinated approach ensures we capitalize on existing trust to accelerate revenue growth within our Mexico operations.  <ul> <li>US Expansion accounts will each be assigned to a MX Expansion AE. We will leverage a territory-based account assignment system to maximize our AEs time based upon their physical location. Account assignments can be found here.</li> <li>We will implement a shared incentive strategy to compensate both the US Expansion AE and MX Expansion AE for northbound and southbound cross-border services. Drive new revenue opportunities connected to US-Mexico cross-border operations.</li> <li>Expand Uber Freight’s footprint within US consignee and multinational customer networks.</li> <li>Develop strategic relationships with US-based procurement, logistics and supply chain stakeholders.</li> <li>Sell integrated cross-border solutions including: <ul> <li>Customs Brokerage</li> <li>Cross-Border Transportation</li> <li>NB Distribution</li> <li>Warehousing</li> <li>Pooling</li> <li>Intermodal</li> <li>Managed Transportation</li> <li>Coordinate joint MX-US commercial strategies with US sales teams.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Qué Hará el Candidato <ul> <li>Identify and close cross-border expansion opportunities. <ul> <li>Develop relationships with US-based decision makers.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaborate with US commercial teams to align account strategy.</li> <li>Coordinate with Customs, Operations and Product teams to design integrated solutions.</li> <li>Deliver executive-level commercial presentations.</li> <li>Develop value propositions focused on: <ul> <li>risk reduction</li> <li>accountability</li> <li>visibility</li> <li>operational integration</li> </ul> </li> <li>Increase revenue generated from US-linked businesses.</li> <li>Support strategic initiatives related to nearshoring and automotive growth.</li> <li>Maintain Salesforce opportunity accuracy and pipeline visibility.</li> <li>Drive strategic customer workshops and QBRs.</li> </ul> Cualificaciones Básicas <ul> <li>10+ years in cross-border logistics, customs or transportation industries.</li> <li>10+ years in strategic sales or multinational account management.</li> <li>Experience with US-Mexico logistics operations preferred.</li> <li>Experience managing multinational customer relationships preferred.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of US-Mexico cross-border logistics.</li> <li>Knowledge of customs brokerage and transportation operations.</li> <li>Understanding of US consignee distribution models.</li> <li>Knowledge of NB distribution and warehousing operations.</li> <li>Strong commercial understanding of multinational customer structures.</li> <li>Salesforce CRM expertise.</li> <li>Understanding of cross-border operational risks and supply chain requirements.</li> <li>Ability to develop executive-level business cases.</li> </ul> Acerca de Uber Freight  Uber Freight ayuda a las empresas a mover mercancías de manera más confiable y eficiente.
