You will own the flow of information between accounting, FP&A and the rest of the business, and you will use modern AI tools to take manual work out of it. You do not need to be a CPA. You need to be a builder who understands how finance work moves, can see where it gets stuck, and can fix it.   What You'll Do <h2>Run the Finance Operating Rhythm</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Own the monthly close calendar and give everyone outside accounting a clear view of what is open and when it lands.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Keep a single tracker for deadlines, owners and dependencies across accounting, FP&A, orders and RevOps.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Run the recurring finance meetings, capture decisions and follow every action item to closure.</li> </ul> <h2>Fix How Information Moves</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Map how information flows between finance teams and find where work waits.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Set up simple, repeatable hand-offs, so teams are told about changes (new vendors, entities, team moves) before systems break.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Turn one-off requests into standard reports and dashboards that go out on a schedule.</li> </ul> <h2>Automate With AI</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Find manual, repetitive finance tasks and replace them with AI tools and automated workflows.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Write short playbooks and train finance team members to use them.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Measure results: hours saved, days cut from the close, errors avoided.</li> </ul> <h2>Support Projects and Audits</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Coordinate cross-functional finance projects from scoping to delivery, including audit requests and year-end work.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Prepare clean, well-organized support for auditors and the executive team.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Help prepare and track budget and planning milestones.</li> </ul>   What You Bring <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">4 to 6 years in finance operations, FP&A, revenue accounting, accounting operations, business operations or a similar role</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Comfortable with the close, month-end reporting and the order-to-cash flow, even if you have not run them</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">AI experience (Claude preferred) with curiosity for trying new tools.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">You can run a project with many owners, track it and finish it</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;">Clear writing, steady follow-up, and the ability to work with people you do not manage</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.</li> </ul>   What We Offer Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company. For this role, the estimated base is $115,000 - $140,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
