<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a strategic and successful Account Executive to join us in bringing our rapidly growing ApartmentIQ product suite to multi-family owners, operators, and ancillary stakeholders. You’ll have a direct impact on the expansion of our business and be recognized and rewarded for your success. We only hire the best, and you’ll need to convince us that you’re a top-level performer. To succeed, you’ll need to be comfortable in a hunting role, building your pipeline from the ground up.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close</li>
<li>Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and limited in-person presentations to secure new business </li>
<li>Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations</li>
<li>Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily expert</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales development and customer success teams</li>
<li>Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process</li>
<li>Represent the ApartmentIQ brand in your active markets and at industry events</li>
<li>Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast, and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM</li>
<li>Meet and exceed performance metrics</li>
<li>Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings (up to 25%)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years in a B2B SaaS account executive role</li>
<li>Multifamily SaaS sales experience required</li>
<li>Experience selling new products to current customers </li>
<li>Proven track record of success in closing deals</li>
<li>Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus</li>
<li>Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Disciplined, adaptable self-starter </li>
<li>Strong networking and interpersonal skills</li>
