<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a strategic and successful Account Executive to join us in bringing our rapidly growing Marketing Automation Suite, MavenAI, for multi-family owners and operators to the multifamily space. MavenAI is the industry’s leading source of daily, 100% automated, AI content generation for multifamily marketers.</p>
<p>You’ll have a direct impact on the expansion of our business and be recognized & rewarded for your success. We only hire the best, and you’ll need to convince us that you’re a top-level performer. To succeed, you’ll need to be comfortable in a hunting role, building your pipeline from the ground up.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Full-Cycle Sales Execution</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire sales journey, from initial account-level strategy and prospecting to final closing.</li>
<li>Negotiation & Closing: Handle all aspects of formal proposals, pricing structures, and contract negotiations.</li>
<li>Onboarding & Conversion: Lead customers through the transition from prospect to active user, ensuring a smooth sales conversion process.</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>High-Volume Outreach & Activity</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Omnichannel Prospecting: Execute a high volume of outreach via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person presentations to drive new business.</li>
<li>Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact and a trusted multifamily market expert for all new customers.</li>
<li>Field Presence: Represent the company at industry events and travel for face-to-face customer meetings as needed.</li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Internal Alignment: Work closely with the Sales Development (SDR) and Customer Success teams to ensure lead quality and long-term retention.</li>
<li>Market Leadership: Serve as the subject-matter expert on the multifamily industry to support internal strategy and enhance external credibility.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in a SaaS sales executive role</li>
<li>Multifamily sales experience </li>
<li>Proven track record of success closing deals</li>
<li>Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus</li>
<li>Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Disciplined, adaptable self-starter </li>
<li>Strong networking and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
