<p>We are seeking an experienced business development professional with established relationships across General Contractors, subcontractors, Electrical Contractors, and infrastructure partners supporting data center, fiber, and mission-critical builds.</p>

<h4><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Monetize Your Network:</strong> Open doors and secure contracts with your existing network of GCs, ECs, Tier-1 carriers, and enterprise network clients.</li>
<li><strong>Own the Sales Lifecycle:</strong> Lead the pursuit strategy, from initial relationship leveraging to Master Service Agreement (MSA) signings and technical scope bidding.</li>
<li><strong>Partner with Execution Elites:</strong> Work hand-in-hand with our elite recruiting and engineering deployment teams, who swiftly back up your promises with top-tier field technicians and network engineers.</li>
<li><strong>Drive Pipeline Discipline:</strong> Maintain high self-direction and clear pipeline visibility, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to hyperscalers and builders alike.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Who You Are (The "Must-Haves")</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>The Rolodex:</strong> You have <strong>5+ years</strong> of direct sales or business development experience within telecom infrastructure, technical staffing/recruiting, systems integration, or preconstruction.</li>
<li><strong>The Language:</strong> You intimately understand technical scopes—whether it’s OSP/ISP fiber routing, Layer 2/3 configurations, data center structured cabling, or workforce scale-ups.</li>
<li><strong>The Credibility:</strong> You know how procurement cycles, subcontractor bidding, and supplier qualification processes actually work on a live build.</li>
<li><strong>The Drive:</strong> You are a self-directed hunter motivated by an aggressive, uncapped compensation structure where your revenue generation is directly rewarded.</li>
