<h3><strong>Role Summary</strong></h3>
<p>Build and expand a regional territory by selling workforce solutions into data center construction and infrastructure projects. This is a field-based role focused on developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth across a highly active and accessible region.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline</li>
<li>Build relationships with GCs, ECs, developers, and subcontractors</li>
<li>Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution</li>
<li>Monitor project activity, upcoming builds, and procurement cycles</li>
<li>Engage with clients in the field, including job sites and industry events</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive solutions</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>5–10+ years of experience in sales or business development</li>
<li>Background in staffing, telecom, construction, or technical services</li>
<li>Proven ability to close large deals (6–7 figure range)</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills</li>
<li>Willingness to travel regionally (primarily within driving distance)</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Territory Overview</strong></h3>
<p>Key markets include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nebraska</li>
<li>Major hubs: Indianapolis, Columbus, Chicago</li>
<li>19+ active hyperscaler builds</li>
</ul>
<p>Highly <strong>drivable territory</strong> with limited air travel.</p>
<h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Existing network within Midwest construction or data center markets</li>
<li>Familiarity with major contractors (e.g., Turner, Mortenson, Holder)</li>
<li>Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or hyperscaler projects</li>
</ul>
