<h3><strong>Role Summary</strong></h3>
<p>Lead business development across the Southeast & Atlantic region, including the highly active Northern Virginia data center market. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on building strategic partnerships and closing workforce solutions deals across high-volume, mission-critical projects.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage a pipeline of data center construction opportunities</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with GCs, ECs, and developers</li>
<li>Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to close</li>
<li>Track regional project activity, bid cycles, and market trends</li>
<li>Represent the company at job sites, client meetings, and industry events</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams to align on delivery and win projects</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>5–10+ years in sales or business development</li>
<li>Experience in staffing, telecom, construction, or technical services</li>
<li>Demonstrated success closing 6–7 figure deals</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills</li>
<li>Willingness to travel across the region (car and occasional flights)</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Territory Overview</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Northern Virginia / Ashburn (global data center hub)</li>
<li>North Carolina (rapid hyperscaler expansion)</li>
<li>Atlanta (multi-project cluster)</li>
<li>Additional activity: PA, TN, AL</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Highest project density across all territories (26 active builds).</strong></p>
<h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Existing relationships in Northern Virginia, North Carolina, or Atlanta markets</li>
<li>Experience working on or selling into data center or hyperscaler projects</li>
<li>Familiarity with fiber, structured cabling, or low-voltage infrastructure</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Competitive base salary</li>
<li>Uncapped commission with high earning potential</li>
<li>Performance bonuses based on territory growth</li>
</ul>
