Our mission is to power innovation while creating sustainable ecosystems and community-focused economic growth across the U.S.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>Quantica Infrastructure is seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Contracts Manager</strong>&nbsp;with a strong background in the&nbsp;<strong>power and infrastructure sector</strong>. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts across development, engineering, construction, financing and operational phases of infrastructure projects.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Commercial contracts (PPA, BTAs, etc.) EPC, O&amp;M, supply agreements, and project finance-related contracts, with the ability to manage risk, negotiate effectively, and support project delivery in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the review of complex contracts, including:</li> <li>EPC (Engineering, Procurement &amp; Construction) agreements</li> <li>O&amp;M (Operations &amp; Maintenance) contracts</li> <li>Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)</li> <li>Financing contracts / transactions</li> <li>Equipment supplies and service agreements</li> <li>Provide contract strategy and risk assessment across project lifecycles</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, engineering, and development teams</li> <li>Support procurement processes and vendor selection from a contractual perspective</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, commercial, and internal governance requirements</li> <li>Manage contract administration, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution</li> <li>Develop and maintain contract templates, standards, and best practices</li> <li>Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all parties</li> <li>Support project financing activities by coordinating contract deliverables for lenders and investors</li> <li>Coordinate the end-to-end execution of transaction documents, including schedules, exhibits, disclosures, and ancillary agreements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness</li> <li>Develop and maintain transaction schedules and critical path timelines, tracking deliverables, milestones, and conditions precedent through financial close and post-close activities</li> <li>Manage exhibit creation and validation, including site control summaries, permitting status, interconnection materials, milestone schedules, and technical appendices</li> <li>Track and manage contractual obligations, covenants, and closing conditions, ensuring timely satisfaction and documentation of requirements</li> <li>Support transaction diligence by organizing data rooms, diligence requests, and closing checklists</li> <li>Identify and escalate schedule risks, document gaps, and execution issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract execution workflows, document management practices, and internal coordination processes. Manage and improve&nbsp;contract management tools&nbsp;and repositories, and ensure&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;documentation, organization,&nbsp;version control,&nbsp;and maintenance of contract files, including tracking milestones and obligations.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain clear and organized records of transaction materials in accordance with company policies and audit requirements</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or JD preferred)</li> <li><strong>7+ years of experience</strong>in contract management within the&nbsp;<strong>energy or energy infrastructure sector</strong></li> <li>Background in law, paralegal work, contracts management, or transaction advisory, with hands-on responsibility for drafting support or exhibit coordination</li> <li>Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure or energy projects (solar, wind, storage, or transmission preferred)</li> <li>Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk allocation</li> <li>Experience working with EPC contractors, developers, and project finance stakeholders</li> <li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract frameworks</li> <li>Experience in international projects or multi-jurisdictional contracting</li> <li>Knowledge of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability initiatives</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em class="italic">Quantica Infrastructure is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
