Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Design scalable enablement programs to support enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools</li> <li>Develop tailored learning journeys for different user personas and maturity levels</li> <li>Promote best practices and increase user autonomy across teams</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, hands-on sessions, and training programs for business, technical, and executive audiences</li> <li>Translate technical AI capabilities into practical, productivity-focused use cases</li> <li>Adapt content and delivery approach to different audiences and contexts</li> <li>Create instructional materials, playbooks, user guides, templates, and enablement assets</li> <li>Develop reusable frameworks to ensure scalability and long-term sustainability</li> <li>Define and track adoption, engagement, and learning effectiveness metrics</li> <li>Recommend continuous improvements based on outcomes and participant feedback</li> <li>Evolve training content as new AI capabilities and features are introduced</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience in corporate training, enablement, or change adoption in enterprise environments</li> <li>Hands-on experience with generative AI and automation tools (Claude, Gemini, Glean, N8N)</li> <li>Ability to facilitate sessions for both executive and technical audiences</li> <li>Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills</li> <li>Autonomous, consultative, and outcome-oriented approach</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale AI adoption initiatives</li> <li>Background in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or technology</li> <li>Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and learning frameworks</li> <li>Portfolio of AI training or enablement programs</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>English proficiency for technical documentation and stakeholder communication</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
