The customer develops secure digital banking platforms and financial solutions to serve a diverse global client base.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test scenarios and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications</li> <li>Validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring system reliability, usability, and performance</li> <li>Perform integration, regression, exploratory, API, security, and performance testing</li> <li>Validate integrations between front-end and back-end services in Java and Quarkus-based applications</li> <li>Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Charles Proxy</li> <li>Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects while partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient resolution</li> <li>Create detailed test evidence, reports, and documentation to support delivery quality and auditability</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, testing methodologies, and release quality</li> <li>Support test automation initiatives and CI/CD quality practices using Azure DevOps and Git</li> <li>Collaborate actively within agile squads following Scrum, Kanban, BDD, and TDD practices</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and manual testing</li> <li>Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices</li> <li>Experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications</li> <li>Hands-on experience with REST API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Charles</li> <li>Familiarity with Java and Quarkus ecosystems</li> <li>Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases</li> <li>Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps</li> <li>Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Knowledge of BDD/TDD testing approaches</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Cypress, or similar</li> <li>Experience with test data creation and validation using JSON and XML</li> <li>Familiarity with performance and security testing practices</li> <li>Previous experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated environments</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
