The Marketing Coordinator keeps things moving by connecting people, managing details, and ensuring that campaigns, content, and events come together smoothly and on time. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to support execution across a wide range of initiatives, from digital campaigns to in-person events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by being the connective tissue across multiple workstreams. You’re not just tracking tasks - you’re helping create the conditions for great marketing to happen.    TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS: Up to 10% travel domestic and potentially international travel to support marketing initiatives.     WHO YOU ARE:   You’re the kind of person who brings order to complexity without slowing things down. When something needs to get done, people trust you to make it happen.    WHAT YOU’LL DO:  <ul> <li>OWNING  <ul> <li>Own marketing calendars, trackers, and project workflows across campaigns and initiatives. </li> <li>Keep cross-functional efforts aligned, ensuring clear handoffs and accountability. </li> <li>Take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of marketing outputs. </li> <li>Support the coordination of internal stakeholders and external vendors. </li> </ul> </li> <li>THINKING  <ul> <li>Understand campaign goals and help translate them into organized plans and timelines. </li> <li>Anticipate needs, spot gaps, and keep projects moving before they stall. </li> <li>Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving workstreams. </li> <li>Contribute to how marketing content and experiences come together cohesively. </li> </ul> </li> <li>DOING  <ul> <li>Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including timelines, documentation, and coordination. </li> <li>Assist with content development: organizing assets, drafting copy, and preparing materials for review. </li> <li>Build, schedule, QA, and report on email campaigns (e.g., HubSpot or similar platforms). </li> <li>Maintain marketing infrastructure, including CMS updates, landing pages, and content libraries. </li> <li>Prepare and update marketing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, social content, and event materials. </li> <li>Coordinate logistics for events, including registrations, materials, shipping, and follow-up. </li> <li>Support awards submissions, case study development, and recurring marketing program. </li> <li>Gather and organize performance data to support reporting and insights. </li> </ul> </li> </ul>   WHAT YOU BRING:  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
