In this role, you shape program strategy, define success metrics, build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, and anticipate business and industry trends to help position Teague—and our clients—for long-term success.  You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact work on time and within budget, balancing creative excellence with operational rigor. Partnering closely with Creative, Growth, and Finance leaders, you’ll forecast revenue, budgets, and resourcing, oversee scopes and risk management, and ensure clarity and accountability across all phases of work. As a hands-on leader and mentor, you’ll help elevate program management practices while contributing directly to Teague’s growth, client satisfaction, and industry leadership.    TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS:   This role is located in Charleston, South Carolina and may require domestic and international travel of approximately 5–10% to support client, project, and vendor engagements. For Program Managers assigned to the Boeing 787 Program, domestic travel requirements are higher and may range from 20–40%, based on project needs and client engagement schedules.    WHO YOU ARE:   You are a strategic, client-focused program leader who thrives at the intersection of design, business, and delivery.
