You will own solution design and technical delivery for complex, multi-agency cloud migration, application modernization, AI/ML, and data &amp; analytics engagements. This is a client-facing role with both delivery accountability and business development responsibilities — you’ll work directly with state executives, lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to proposals and capture efforts. This position is hybrid supporting a Boston, MA based customer.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong class="ng-binding">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto"><span class="ng-binding">Design and deliver enterprise solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) spanning cloud infrastructure, app modernization, data platforms, and AI/ML. </span></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"><span class="ng-binding">Lead solution architecture from discovery through implementation — produce architecture documents, decision records, and technical governance. </span></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"><span class="ng-binding">Design to regulatory compliance standards including FedRAMP Moderate, HIPAA, CJIS, and IRS Pub 1075. </span></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"><span class="ng-binding">Serve as trusted technical advisor to senior government executives; translate technical decisions into business impact. </span></span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"><span class="ng-binding">Partner with PMs to oversee delivery quality and step in on at-risk engagements.
