<p data-start="725" data-end="940">We are looking for a<strong data-start="748" data-end="788"> Human Resources</strong> professional based in Monterrey. This is a unique opportunity to build and own the HR function while supporting a fast-growing, international organization.</p>
<p data-start="942" data-end="1191">We’re seeking a hands-on HR Generalist who can operate both strategically and tactically someone excited about building processes from scratch, ensuring compliance, and creating a strong employee experience in a high-growth environment.<br><br></p>
<p>People Operations & Compliance</p>
<ul>
<li>Create, maintain, and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.</li>
<li>Oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, time-off policies, and local compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment provisioning, and HRIS upkeep (Gusto, Deel, etc.).</li>
<li>Develop performance management cycles (90-day, 6-month, annual reviews).</li>
<li>Implement professional development programs, L&D initiatives, and internal mobility pathways.</li>
<li data-start="1362" data-end="1434">Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law (LFT) and local regulations</li>
<li data-start="1514" data-end="1606">Partner with global teams to ensure alignment with international HR practices (U.S., EU)</li>
<li data-start="1607" data-end="1698">Support contractor management, employment structures, and local compliance requirements</li>
</ul>
<p>Employee Relations & Culture</p>
<ul>
<li>Promote a positive, inclusive culture across all subsidiaries and remote teams.</li>
<li>Lead conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employee matters.</li>
<li>Build engagement programs, company-wide communication frameworks, and all-hands processes.</li>
</ul>
<p>HR Infrastructure & Systems</p>
<ul>
<li>Help implement and maintain HR systems (HRIS, payroll tools like Gusto/Deel)</li>
<li>Own data integrity, reporting dashboards, and headcount analytics.</li>
<li>Create unified documentation (Confluence Employee Hub, onboarding flows, policy libraries).</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="2364" data-end="2392"><span>Business Partnership</span></p>
<ul data-start="2393" data-end="2609">
<li data-start="2393" data-end="2478">Partner with local and international leaders to support team growth and structure</li>
<li data-start="2479" data-end="2544">Provide best practices and employee management</li>
<li data-start="2545" data-end="2609">Support organizational changes and scaling efforts in Mexico</li>
</ul>
<p>This position is <strong data-start="3364" data-end="3395">on-site in Monterrey, Mexico</strong>.</p>
