In the near term, the priority is to scale our&nbsp;customer service operation from a handful of employees by more than 10x. At the same time, this role will support the regional recruitment efforts for our global<strong> </strong>software development organization, helping to identify, attract and onboard top technical talent. This is a high-impact position requiring speed, creativity, and strong coordination skills to keep pace with our rapid growth.</div> <div data-start="654" data-end="1074">&nbsp;</div> <div data-start="654" data-end="1074">Responsibilities:</div> <div data-start="654" data-end="1074"> <ul> <li><strong>High-Volume Recruitment</strong>: Lead end-to-end recruitment for studio-based talent, including hosts, presenters, and customer-facing roles. Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain momentum to support rapid team expansion.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <ul data-start="1108" data-end="1920"> <li data-start="1293" data-end="1420"> <p data-start="1295" data-end="1420"><strong data-start="1295" data-end="1319">Candidate Management</strong>: Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.</p> </li> <li data-start="1293" data-end="1420"><strong>Sourcing &amp; Job Marketing:</strong> Develop creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, universities, and local talent networks to attract candidates with strong communication skills, confidence on camera, and bilingual abilities.</li> <li data-start="1421" data-end="1590"> <p data-start="1423" data-end="1590"><strong data-start="1423" data-end="1450">Onboarding Coordination</strong>: Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and logistics for large groups of new hires entering the studio environment.</p> </li> <li data-start="1591" data-end="1761"> <p data-start="1593" data-end="1761"><strong data-start="1593" data-end="1622">Hiring Process Management</strong>: Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership.</p> </li> <li data-start="1762" data-end="1920"> <p data-start="1764" data-end="1920"><strong data-start="1764" data-end="1781">Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with HR, operations, and studio management in Monterrey and the U.S. to ensure the successful scaling of our live operations team.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="1922" data-end="1925">Qualifications <ul data-start="1948" data-end="2586"> <li data-start="1948" data-end="2114"> <p data-start="1950" data-end="2114">2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume hiring environments (call centers, BPOs, customer service operations).</p> </li> <li data-start="2115" data-end="2209"> <p data-start="2117" data-end="2209">Strong knowledge of local Monterrey job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels.</p> </li> <li data-start="2210" data-end="2317"> <p data-start="2212" data-end="2317">Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-growing environment.</p> </li> <li data-start="2318" data-end="2401"> <p data-start="2320" data-end="2401">Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).</p> </li> <li data-start="2402" data-end="2527"> <p data-start="2404" data-end="2527">Comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers.</p> </li> <li data-start="2528" data-end="2586"> <p data-start="2530" data-end="2586">Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus).</p> </li> </ul> </div> <p>This position is onsite at our Monterrey, Mexico</p>
