Through our proprietary sports-book and casino engine, we enable partners to offer real social interactions, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience.</p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong data-start="219" data-end="264">Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong> to join our high-energy and rapidly growning Barcelona office to help grow or commercial team.&nbsp; You will recruit for a wide variety of functions including marketing, legal and compliance.&nbsp; This is a high-impact position requiring speed, creativity, and strong coordination skills to keep pace with our rapid growth.</p> <div data-start="654" data-end="1074">Responsibilities:</div> <div data-start="654" data-end="1074"> <ul> <li><strong data-start="1110" data-end="1141">Recruitment &amp; Job Marketing</strong>: Drive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <ul data-start="1108" data-end="1920"> <li data-start="1293" data-end="1420"> <p data-start="1295" data-end="1420"><strong data-start="1295" data-end="1319">Candidate Management</strong>: Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.</p> </li> <li data-start="1421" data-end="1590"> <p data-start="1423" data-end="1590"><strong data-start="1423" data-end="1450">Onboarding Coordination</strong>: Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes.</p> </li> <li data-start="1591" data-end="1761"> <p data-start="1593" data-end="1761"><strong data-start="1593" data-end="1622">Hiring Process Management</strong>: Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership.</p> </li> <li data-start="1762" data-end="1920"> <p data-start="1764" data-end="1920"><strong data-start="1764" data-end="1781">Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with HR, operations, and customer support managers in Monterrey and the U.S. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="1922" data-end="1925">Qualifications <ul data-start="1948" data-end="2586"> <li data-start="1948" data-end="2114"> <p data-start="1950" data-end="2114">5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a start-up environment</p> </li> <li data-start="2115" data-end="2209"> <p data-start="2117" data-end="2209">Strong knowledge of local job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels.</p> </li> <li data-start="2210" data-end="2317"> <p data-start="2212" data-end="2317">Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-moving startup.</p> </li> <li data-start="2318" data-end="2401"> <p data-start="2320" data-end="2401">Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish — written and spoken.</p> </li> <li data-start="2402" data-end="2527"> <p data-start="2404" data-end="2527">Comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers.</p> </li> <li data-start="2528" data-end="2586"> <p data-start="2530" data-end="2586">Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus).</p> </li> </ul> </div> <p>This position is hybrid based out of our Barcelona office located near la Barceloneta.</p>
