<p><span data-contrast="none">We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the systems that power our growth engine. You’ll own marketing automation, CRM integrity, attribution, and campaign infrastructure.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">This role ensures our marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and aligned with revenue.</span> </p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">Your responsibilities will include:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and manage marketing automation (HubSpot or similar) </li>
<li>Maintain CRM structure, lifecycle stages, and lead routing </li>
<li>Build and optimize lead scoring models </li>
<li>Manage campaign tracking and attribution frameworks </li>
<li>Ensure reporting accuracy and dashboard integrity </li>
<li>Improve marketing workflows and automation </li>
<li>Partner with Sales and RevOps to align systems </li>
<li>Evaluate and manage marketing tech stack </li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">We expect you to have:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations </li>
<li>Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems </li>
<li>Strong understanding of attribution and funnel analytics </li>
<li>Technical mindset with strong attention to detail </li>
<li>Experience in PLG and/or sales-assisted motions </li>
<li>Bonus: SQL or advanced data skills </li>
