Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.</div>Key Responsibilities    <ul> <li>Lead large cross-team security initiatives from planning to delivery;  </li> <li>Break down complex security programs into phases, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans; </li> <li>Coordinate execution across multiple engineering and platform teams, ensuring alignment and momentum;  </li> <li>Translate product requirements into clear, actionable workstreams for engineering teams; </li> <li>Build and maintain project plans, documentation, decision logs, and technical context; </li> <li>Run regular project syncs and reviews - track progress, identify blockers early, and drive mitigation; </li> <li>Own timeline tracking and delivery forecasting - proactively highlight risks and trade-offs; </li> <li>Partner closely with Product Managers to orchestrate execution across multiple teams; </li> <li>Improve delivery transparency through clear status reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication; </li> <li>Ensure cross-team dependencies are surfaced early and resolved before becoming blockers.  </li> </ul> What We Expect  <ul> <li>Strong technical awareness in security and Cloud environments, with solid understanding of:  </li> <li>Cloud and infrastructure security principles  </li> <li>Kubernetes and container security  </li> <li>IAM Fundamentals </li> <li>Cloud networking concepts (VPC, Security Groups)  </li> <li>Security tooling and platforms  </li> <li>Experience driving execution in complex, multi-team technical environments; </li> <li>Strong project decomposition and execution management skills; </li> <li>Ability to coordinate and run structured cross-functional processes across engineering and product teams; </li> <li>Strong communication skills: concise status reporting, clear risk communication, and stakeholder alignment; </li> <li>Experience working closely with both product managers and engineering managers in platform or infrastructure-heavy environments.  </li> </ul> Nice to Have  <ul> <li>Experience working with Cloud platforms, distributed systems, or AI/ML infrastructure environments; </li> <li>Experience working at a Cloud Service Provider; </li> <li>Familiarity with advanced security domains such as confidential computing or federated computing; </li> <li>Background in high-scale infrastructure or platform organizations.  </li> </ul> Success In This Role  <ul> <li>Security initiatives are delivered predictably, with clear execution plans and realistic timelines; </li> <li>Cross-team alignment is strong across product and engineering for complex security programs; </li> <li>Risks and dependencies are identified early and actively managed; </li> <li>Execution of security priorities becomes smoother, with reduced friction across teams; </li> <li>Stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and next steps.  </li> </ul> About Nebius Nebius AI is an AI cloud platform with one of the largest GPU capacities in Europe.
