The ultimate multi-tasker who loves writing, creativity, fun, fostering community, and above all else, SOCIAL MEDIA!<br><br></span></p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Own the goodr tone across all social platforms - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond - responding to every comment, DM, and inquiry with a signature blend of empathy, wit and a whole lot of personality<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Build and engage our community daily through authentic, memorable interactions that make people feel seen and part of something bigger<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Lead social listening by tracking conversations and untagged mentions to spot cultural moments; you’ll basically do professional eavesdropping to identify opportunities to join, or start trending discussions in real time<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Work with the social team to translate those insights into viral community moments and share-worthy engagement that fuels our brand growth<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Inspire a stampede of UGC by engaging fans creatively and encouraging them to share their love of the brand.<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Partner with marketing and customer service teams to surprise and delight our biggest fans, amplifying the absolute best of the goodr community<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Track engagement, sentiment, and growth metrics, translating community feedback and insights into actionable strategies<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Build the foundation for a scalable, best-in-class community management program that keeps our fans excited, connected, and coming back for more<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and influencer teams to support content, campaigns, and partnerships<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Stay plugged in to emerging social trends, new platforms, and community-building best practices to keep goodr at the forefront of digital culture<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">This role is in the Social Media team and will report directly to the Social Media Manager<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Perform other related duties as assigned<br></span><span style="font-weight: 300;"><br></span></li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">May or may not have a degree...we don’t care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law)<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Has 2+ years of professional experience navigating social media accounts for a brand<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Is a Social Listening wizard who knows how to set up topics, track untagged tea, and find the goodr-shaped holes in the digital conversation<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Possesses strong, brand-aligned communication skills and a customer-first mindset, essentially speaking "witty flamingo" as a first language while treating every fan like they just won a gold medal in the “Being Awesome” Olympics<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Remains cool, calm, and collected when it comes to crisis and reputation management (no ruffled feathers here)<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Demonstrates a strategic understanding of how a thriving community drives brand love and explosive growth<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Working knowledge of Social Analytics Platforms (like Sprout or Dash Social)<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Ideally has a knack for content creation and ideation, regularly birthing viral-ready ideas<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Earns extra feathers for experience with influencer or creator partnerships, knowing how to wrangle the coolest birds in the flock<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Understands the world of Paid Social, because sometimes the best community moments need a little extra juice<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Bonus points if they’ve already built a legendary ambassador program or community campaign to keep people coming back for more<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">A self-starter who can rely on their skill in prioritizing and organizing their workflow to coordinate multiple departments<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Dependable with the willingness to take the initiative to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Asks a lot of questions&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Loves the work more than a paycheck&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Thinks planning and organizing are fun<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Is happy to give away credit to their team&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Loves getting and giving feedback&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Is into personal growth<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Is proactive and an independent problem solver!
