<p><strong>ABOUT GOODR</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 300;">We create and sell active eyewear for anyone. No Slip. No Bounce. All Polarized. All Fun. Interested in joining our team? Keep reading.</span></p>
<p><strong>OUR VALUES:</strong><span style="font-weight: 300;"> We have two core values: Fun & Authenticity.</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 300;">FUN = Being sh*tty isn’t fun. Agreed? Taking pride in your work, finding joy in being GREAT, and celebrating wins… and losses. Now, </span><em><span style="font-weight: 300;">that’s </span></em><span style="font-weight: 300;">fun!</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 300;">AUTHENTICITY = Focusing on being authentic over being liked. (Next-level guru stuff. Count it.)</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Fun Fact:</strong><span style="font-weight: 300;"> We do not allow email to be sent internally. Carrier pigeons only. JK, we use Slack.</span></p>
<p><strong>AUTONOMY:</strong><span style="font-weight: 300;"> We practice autonomy, empowerment, and accountability so that every team member can be in control of their own life.</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 300;">ONSITE POSITION: We can’t do this without you… here. You’ll spend 5 days per week in Inglewood at our cozy indoor jungle office that we call “The Lagoon”.<br></span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;">PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: We have an all-company learning program so that we’re constantly leveling up our skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>SUSTAINABILITY:</strong><span style="font-weight: 300;"> We think Earth’s pretty rad. That’s why we take action wherever possible to limit our impact on the planet.</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 300;">1% FOR THE PLANET MEMBER: 1% of goodr’s annual sales go directly to environmental organizations.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 300;">CARBON NEUTRAL: In 2019, goodr became a <a href="https://goodr.com/blogs/goodrtimes/100-carbon-neutral#:~:text=In%202019%2C%20through%20the%20purchase,a%20100%25%20carbon%20neutral%20company!" target="_blank">100% carbon neutral company</a>.</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><strong>Fun Fact:</strong><span style="font-weight: 300;"> goodr celebrates every Earth Day by releasing limited-edition sunglasses with frames made from 100% recycled materials—and the packaging is 100% sustainable, too!</span></p>

<li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Support the execution of strategic initiatives to scale the brand to be one of the largest and most accessible eyewear brands in the world<br></span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Apply a customer-obsessed mindset to design brand touchpoints that anticipate needs customers didn't know they had until they can't live without them<br></span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Build systems that transform bold, creative ideas into consistent results and repeatable motion<br></span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 300;">This role is in the Office of the CEO and will report directly to the Chief of Staff<br></span></li>
