In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, campaign delivery, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional alignment across our global marketing teams and brands.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will work closely with regional marketing, product, compliance, sales, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, visibility across workflows, and consistent delivery across multiple regions and channels within the Forex and CFD industry.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Resposibilities :&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Marketing Operations &amp; Workflow Management&nbsp;</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage and optimise end-to-end marketing workflows across multiple brands, regions, and teams&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as the central coordination point between marketing, product, compliance, design, and regional stakeholders&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive prioritisation, transparency, and accountability across campaign delivery pipelines&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Establish and improve operational processes, delivery frameworks, and ways of working across teams&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support resource planning, workload management, and campaign scheduling across global functions&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Campaign Delivery &amp; Stakeholder Coordination&nbsp;</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, CRM, web, and events&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure campaign timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables are tracked and communicated effectively&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage stakeholder expectations and shifting business priorities in a fast-paced global environment&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Facilitate regular stand-ups, prioritisation meetings, and delivery reviews across teams&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Reporting, Dashboards &amp; Optimisation&nbsp;</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workflow visibility for leadership teams&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor campaign delivery performance, operational KPIs, and reporting cadence across marketing functions&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase team agility and output&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support marketing reporting, documentation, and operational governance across teams&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Marketing Technology &amp; Systems&nbsp;</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage and optimise tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CRM systems, and marketing platforms&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support workflow automation and process enhancements across marketing operations&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Work closely with teams to improve collaboration, tracking, and operational visibility&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Explore and leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and workflow management&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Requirements</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">5+ years’ experience within Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Delivery roles within FX, CFDs, fintech, or financial services&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{}">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong experience managing workflows, stakeholder coordination, and campaign delivery across global teams&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, reporting tools, and marketing workflows&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working across multiple regions and time zones within a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Understanding of trading platforms, financial products, and the Forex/CFD industry&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span><span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Exposure to AI and automation tools within marketing operations is advantageous&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul>
