<li><span data-contrast="auto">Own performance marketing with clear accountability for CAC, LTV, funnel performance, and return on spend.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">5-7+ years of experience marketing a trading platform or fintech product, or strong knowledge of financial market fundamentals. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience across performance marketing, growth funnels, attribution, and lifecycle for platforms or mobile apps, with a strong understanding of AI-enabled marketing and agentic workflows</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">A technical foundation is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline, combined with strong marketing expertise.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Willingness to work hybrid from the Chicago office (approximately 3 days per week in-office).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
