<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused </span><span data-contrast="auto">Human Resources Business Partner</span><span data-contrast="auto"> based in Dubai to manage all non-recruitment HR matters across our global offices. This role is suited to a hands-on HR professional who enjoys operational ownership and execution, rather than a purely strategic leadership position. The ideal candidate will have international HR exposure, strong technology literacy, and a data-driven approach, with a focus on strengthening performance management and enhancing people operations across the business.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Design and roll out structured probation reviews, annual performance reviews, and grading frameworks across departments. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support line managers in carrying out their people management responsibilities, including setting clear expectations, conducting reviews, and managing underperformance. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Global HR Coverage </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide HR support across global offices with primary focus on Dubai; exposure to and understanding of HR practices across multiple geographies is essential. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li>Support day-to-day HR matters across multiple regions in a practical and commercially minded manner.</li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Champion technology-driven approaches to HR; be comfortable with data, automation, and digital-first ways of working. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with department heads on onboarding programmes that set clear expectations from day one and build a foundation for strong performance. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Employee Relations & Risk </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Handle employee relations matters in a fair, pragmatic, and legally sound way, prioritising practical resolution over rigid process. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure the business is protected and compliant with employment legislation across jurisdictions, flagging people-related risks proactively. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">KPIs & Performance Frameworks </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

</ul>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; CIPD or equivalent professional qualification is a plus. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">5–10 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven or financial services environment; someone with a hands-on and operational mindset, rather than a purely strategic leadership background.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Solid working knowledge of UAE employment law and familiarity with HR practices across multiple geographies (UK, EU, APAC exposure is advantageous). </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficient in HRIS and HR tech platforms; comfortable working with data and using systems to improve people processes and reporting. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
