We’re looking for a VP of Retail Flagship to own our end-to-end strategy and turn our retail stores into the stuff of legends. You’ll be the author of the Flagship Playbook, defining everything from how we connect with our customers to how we optimize our financial performance, all while leading new store openings like a true captain.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 300;">We need someone who can represent the retail front at the senior level, translating boring data into actionable brand storytelling that makes people want to literally live in our stores! the phrase “this is how we’ve always done it” is banned here at goodr, so don’t be afraid to push out of your comfort zone and encourage your team to do the same<br></span></li> </ul> <p><strong>ROLE SPECIFIC</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Own the end-to-end flagship retail strategy from customer experience to financial performance<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Define and uphold non-negotiable retail experience standards across all locations (we call these Cabanas!)<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Deliver a customer-obsessed retail experience, bringing the goodr brand to life through immersive, customer-first stores<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Create, maintain, and evolve the Flagship Playbook, including staffing &amp; roles, training, merchandising standards, events &amp; activations, and operating rhythms<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Act as the primary bridge between brand, retail operations, and growth, ensuring alignment and execution<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Define flagship expansion criteria, including market selection, store formats, and rollout sequencing<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Lead new store openings from concept through launch, ensuring consistent execution and scalability<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Partner with Finance and Systems teams to optimize retail tooling and reporting, including Shopify POS<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Establish and monitor retail KPIs to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Represent the organization at the executive level, influencing company-wide strategy and priorities<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">Translate customer insights into actionable improvements across store experience, product feedback, and brand storytelling<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 300;">This role is in the Retail Marketing Department and will report directly to the SVP of Sales &amp;
