This position requires working onsite at our client's location in San Francisco, CA. *Location: San Francisco. We're seeking candidates who live in San Francisco or Marin County to ensure a manageable commute and reliable arrival times. The unpredictability of bridge traffic from the East Bay makes those commutes challenging for this role's schedule. JOB DESCRIPTION Concentric Professional Staffing places exceptional household professionals with private families. We are partnering with a warm, busy San Francisco family to find a career nanny for their two young children, a toddler and a preschooler. This is a role for a nanny who takes pride in the profession: someone who brings structure, warmth, and developmental expertise to early childhood, and who thrives with a family that holds high standards. You'll be a true partner to the parents, with meaningful ownership of the children's routines, growth, and day-to-day care. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a toddler and a preschooler, including naps, meals, bath, and bedtime routines</li> <li>Plan enriching days built around language, play-based learning, outings, and social development</li> <li>Partner with the parents on routines, milestones, sleep, and behavior, and keep them informed with clear, thoughtful communication</li> <li>Manage the children's world: prepare meals and snacks, keep their laundry, rooms, and supplies organized and stocked, and pack for activities</li> <li>Drive the children safely to preschool, classes, playdates, and appointments</li> <li>Travel up to 20% with the family, adapting routines to keep the children settled on the road</li> <li>Coordinate smoothly with the broader household team where applicable</li> </ul> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">7+ years of professional nanny experience </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"> A track record of long-term placements (2+ years each) with private families, with strong references from past employers</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience with high-net-worth or high-profile families, and a natural sense of discretion </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Current CPR and first aid certification (infant and child)</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"> A valid driver's license and clean driving record</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Deep knowledge of early childhood development, safe sleep, and home safety</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Calm, confident, and flexible under pressure, with excellent communication and organization</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Comfortable traveling up to 20% with the family, including overnights</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Must be able to legally work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship</li> </ul> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Early childhood education, Montessori, RIE, or Newborn Care Specialist training </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Experience working alongside household staff or security teams</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Cantonese is a plus</li> </ul> COMPENSATION & BENEFITS <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Concentric covers 100% of the premiums for medical, dental and vision plans for employee and dependent coverage. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Medical FSA</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Employer-paid insurance: Life, AD&D, STD, LTD</li> <li>401k including employer match & immediate vesting</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Paid leave (vacation, sick)</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Employee Assistance Program for personal needs</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">San Francisco, California Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range">$80—$100 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">Concentric and SPS Global acknowledge the systemic barriers in the security industry and recognize that removing those barriers will require a collaborative and conscious effort.
