JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented property operations professional to support the day-to-day upkeep of a private family’s residential properties across Stinson Beach, Bolinas, and Nicasio. This role requires Marin-area residency to ensure timely, hands-on service across all three locations. The ideal candidate brings solid general maintenance and repair skills along with the organization and follow-through to keep routine property operations running smoothly, working under the direction of the Property and Facilities Manager. You will support property systems oversight, general repairs and maintenance, vendor coordination, and vehicle upkeep for estate vehicles. This associate-level position suits someone building a career in private residential property management and combines practical technical skills with the discretion, judgment, and service orientation expected in a private household setting. A personal vehicle is required; mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate.
