About the Role

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Dealpath is looking for a self-motivated Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in New York City!</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As a Senior Customer Success Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers adopt and utilize Dealpath to its utmost capabilities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure the retention, growth, and satisfaction of a portfolio of customer accounts</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with the Implementation Manager during implementation to understand customer’s success criteria and system configuration</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with customers to build out a customer journey to help them reach their business goals</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build post-implementation programs for enterprise and strategic accounts to ensure strong adoption plans for current customer employees and their new hires</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Produce and deliver web-based and in-person training sessions and strategic reviews for customers</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Field phone and email-based support inquiries from customers</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work cross-functionally with Dealpath’s Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to relay customer feedback, develop case studies, and resolve product escalations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be an advocate and leader for innovating Customer Success processes and how we support large teams at scale</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A curious and self-motivated team player, ready to embrace a fast paced, high-growth environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Product-focused; you enjoy and feel challenged mastering new software</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Able to effectively partner, collaborate, and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Always thinking of new ways to effectively serve customers and improve the Customer Success team’s internal processes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Resourceful and not afraid to try out-of-the-box approaches to resolve complex issues</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The skill set:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or higher</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">4-7 years of customer success, account management, and/or commercial real estate experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with presenting to senior executive audiences</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Empathy for customers and passion for helping them</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High attention to detail and accuracy</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience servicing commercial real estate firms, asset managers, private equity, private credit, or investment managers; commercial real estate background.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Nice to haves:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Commercial real estate background</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Asana, Gong, and AI tools</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Perks &amp; Eligible for variable incentive compensation with a target incentive equal to 20% of OTE. OTE range: $125,000–$150,000.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
