Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Carson, CA</p> <p><strong>Work Requirement:</strong> Entry~Junior Level</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Support the Business Development team in executing daily sales and account support activities.</li> <li>Assist in gathering market information and customer insights to help identify potential business opportunities.</li> <li>Prepare and organize basic sales materials such as presentations, quotations, and proposal drafts.</li> <li>Track and update RFQs, sales opportunities, and customer information within internal systems or trackers.</li> <li>Assist in coordinating internal communication between sales, operations, and pricing teams.</li> <li>Support the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, including meeting notes and action items.</li> <li>Assist in reviewing basic commercial documents and ensuring required information is properly documented.</li> <li>Help maintain and organize sales records, contracts, and operational documentation.</li> <li>Provide general coordination support for ongoing customer projects and service requests.</li> <li>Support senior team members during client visits, industry events, and other business development initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.</li> <li>1-3years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sales support, or related field preferred.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li> <li>Minimum 10% of domestic business travel is required</li> <li>Bilingual in English and Korean (required).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
