<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute and support sales and business development activities within the Open Business Development Team.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Participate in client outreach and follow-up communications to support account growth.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and bid documentation for new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support pricing and service arrangements.</li>
<li>Track and maintain active RFQs and ongoing business opportunities. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.</li>
<li>Travel as needed to participate in client meetings and contribute to the development and expansion of sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to ensure timely execution and service quality.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of contracts, quotations, and operational documentation.</li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>3-6 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sales support, or related field required. </li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li>
<li>Minimum 10% of domestic business travel is required.</li>
<li>Bilingual in English and Korean (required).</li>

<p>The base salary range for this role is between $65,000-$90,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p>
