In this role, you will own the end-to-end internal AI agenda—from identifying high-impact opportunities to piloting solutions, scaling successful initiatives, and driving adoption across the organization.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a highly visible, high-impact role operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll partner closely with leadership across functions to redesign workflows, optimize tools, and deliver measurable productivity gains through AI.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will:&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Identify &amp; Prioritize AI Opportunities&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Conduct hypothesis-driven analysis of workflows across the organization to identify high-ROI AI use cases.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to company growth objectives and measurable business outcomes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with functional leaders to evaluate opportunities while driving standardization and simplification of processes.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Pilot, Build &amp; Scale AI Solutions&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Design and execute rapid pilots (2–4 weeks) with clear success criteria, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks.&nbsp;</li> <li>Apply a test-and-learn approach to quickly iterate, discontinue low-value efforts, and scale successful solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive implementation of AI solutions into production with clear execution plans and accountability.&nbsp;</li> <li>Evaluate and recommend tools, vendors, and technologies, including consolidation opportunities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Drive Adoption &amp; Organizational Impact&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Establish adoption strategies including training programs, rollout plans, and clear usage targets.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure accountability for adoption and outcomes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build KPI frameworks to track value realization and ensure sustained impact across teams.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Governance, Risk &amp; Operating Model&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance to define governance frameworks around data privacy, security, and vendor risk.&nbsp;</li> <li>Balance speed and innovation with responsible AI practices and enterprise risk management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Help define and evolve the operating model that enables people, processes, and AI systems to work effectively together.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Need to Be Successful&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–8 years of experience in high-performance environments such as management consulting, product strategy, product management, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience implementing AI solutions into real-world workflows with measurable business impact.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong operator mindset with the ability to move from strategy to execution quickly and effectively.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build business cases and connect initiatives to financial outcomes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfort operating in ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions independently.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Will Make You Stand Out&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, or regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, LLMs, workflow automation tools, and the evolving AI ecosystem.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience leading organizational transformation, operating model design, or enterprise-scale digital initiatives.&nbsp;</li> <li>MBA or other advanced degree.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Love About NetDocuments &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>The People! &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>90% healthcare premiums company covered &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>HSA company contribution &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>401K match at 4% &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Flexible PTO (typically 3 to 4 weeks a year) &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>10 paid holidays &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Monthly contributions for life activities &amp; wellness &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Access to LinkedIn learning with monthly dedicated time to explore &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation Transparency &nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The compensation range for this position is: $160,000 - $200,000&nbsp;</p> <p>The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings.
