Tessell supports multiple database engines including<br>Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.<br>We work with enterprise customers globally to help simplify database operations, modernize<br>legacy estates, improve resiliency, and accelerate cloud adoption — all while enabling<br>customers to operate “at their terms.”<br>As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for high-caliber enterprise sellers who want to<br>help build a category-defining company.<br><br>Role Overview<br>Tessell is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business<br>growth in UK&I<br>We are looking for someone who thrives in building markets, opening new enterprise<br>relationships, and driving complex modernization conversations with large customers. The ideal<br>candidate is commercially sharp, highly proactive, and comfortable operating in an early-stage,<br>fast-moving environment.<br>This role will focus heavily on net-new logo acquisition and strategic enterprise expansion<br>across industries such as Financial Services, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology.<br><br>What You Will Do<br>Drive Net-New Enterprise Business<br>● Identify, engage, and develop enterprise opportunities across the assigned region<br>● Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, ecosystem<br>engagement, and executive networking<br>● Drive opportunities from discovery through workshops, POVs, negotiation, and closure<br>Work Closely with Cloud Ecosystems<br>● Collaborate with Microsoft, AWS, and strategic partners to drive co-sell motions<br>● Participate in joint account planning and cloud migration initiatives<br>● Understand and leverage programs such as Marketplace, MACC, ECIF, and cloud<br>consumption models<br>Collaborate Cross-Functionally<br>● Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Alliances, and<br>Leadership teams<br>● Support workshops, customer evaluations, and executive business reviews<br>● Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy<br>What We Are Looking For<br><br>Required Experience<br>● 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, platform, or enterprise<br>software.<br>● Strong track record of net-new logo acquisition and enterprise hunting<br>● Experience selling into large enterprise environments ($1B+ organizations preferred)<br>● Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles<br>● Consistent achievement of quota and pipeline generation targets<br><br>Preferred Background<br>Experience in one or more of the following areas:<br>● Cloud infrastructure or platform services<br>● Database technologies or modernization initiatives<br>● Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud solutions<br>● Cloud partnerships and co-sell motions<br><br>Why Join Tessell<br>Build Something Meaningful<br>Join a company at a stage where individual impact is visible and meaningful.<br><br>Work on Large Enterprise Transformation<br>Help some of the world’s largest organizations modernize mission-critical database<br>environments.<br><br>Operate in a High-Growth Market<br>Be part of the rapidly evolving cloud database and modernization space across AWS, Azure,<br>and GCP ecosystems.<br><br>Strong Leadership & Vision<br>Work alongside experienced founders, product leaders, and GTM teams focused on building a<br>category-leading platform.</p>
