<h2 data-section-id="1wct3r9" data-start="254" data-end="271">About the Role</h2> <p data-start="272" data-end="610">We are looking for a motivated and results-driven <strong data-start="322" data-end="348">Account Executive (AE)</strong> to manage and grow relationships with mid-size customers across the United States. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building pipeline, and can manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.</p> <p data-start="612" data-end="774">As an Account Executive, you will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive new business and expand existing customer accounts.</p> <hr data-start="776" data-end="779"> <h2 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="781" data-end="804">Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-start="806" data-end="1480"> <li data-section-id="1yqdb25" data-start="806" data-end="873">Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts across the U.S.</li> <li data-section-id="1nnlk0u" data-start="874" data-end="977">Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, channels, and referrals</li> <li data-section-id="1bto490" data-start="978" data-end="1080">Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, product demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing</li> <li data-section-id="ngrbmz" data-start="1081" data-end="1164">Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders</li> <li data-section-id="11c0g9a" data-start="1165" data-end="1245">Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts</li> <li data-section-id="y41oj7" data-start="1246" data-end="1316">Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account activity within CRM</li> <li data-section-id="woq7d5" data-start="1317" data-end="1418">Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer success and seamless handoffs</li> <li data-section-id="1fjhj3e" data-start="1419" data-end="1480">Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets</li> </ul> <hr data-start="1482" data-end="1485"> <h2 data-section-id="1cpo032" data-start="1487" data-end="1513">Required Qualifications</h2> <ul data-start="1515" data-end="1982"> <li data-section-id="1kpbtdx" data-start="1515" data-end="1603">2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, PaaS, or technology sales / Account Executive role</li> <li data-section-id="1v9mi08" data-start="1604" data-end="1662">Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas</li> <li data-section-id="1vyhx7d" data-start="1663" data-end="1728">Experience managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously</li> <li data-section-id="1st3ptz" data-start="1729" data-end="1789">Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li> <li data-section-id="yqimfl" data-start="1790" data-end="1861">Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills</li> <li data-section-id="f3as2d" data-start="1862" data-end="1934">Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred</li> <li data-section-id="7fvkgs" data-start="1935" data-end="1982">Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required</li> </ul> <hr data-start="1984" data-end="1987"> <h2 data-section-id="6t85pa" data-start="1989" data-end="2012">Preferred Experience</h2> <ul data-start="2014" data-end="2189"> <li data-section-id="ufpa96" data-start="2014" data-end="2074">Experience in SaaS, technology, or business services sales</li> <li data-section-id="1fe11do" data-start="2075" data-end="2123">Experience selling into mid-size organizations</li> <li data-section-id="zbm7cs" data-start="2124" data-end="2189">Experience conducting remote sales across multiple U.S. regions</li> </ul> <hr data-start="2191" data-end="2194"> <h2 data-section-id="wqs1mu" data-start="2196" data-end="2235">What Success Looks Like in This Role</h2> <p data-start="2237" data-end="2535">Success in this role means consistently driving revenue growth while building strong customer relationships across a mid-market territory.
