This role is focused on driving direct revenue through highly efficient, well-structured campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, while ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and performance reporting. This is a highly executional role. The ideal candidate is both strategic and deeply hands-on. This candidate will actively build campaigns, troubleshoot tracking, and continuously optimize performance based on data.</p> <hr data-start="1235" data-end="1238"> <h3 data-section-id="1jemfot" data-start="1240" data-end="1272"><strong data-start="1244" data-end="1270">Core Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <h4 data-start="1274" data-end="1330"><strong data-start="1279" data-end="1330">Paid Media Strategy &amp; Execution (Primary Focus)</strong></h4> <p data-start="1332" data-end="1825">Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across:<br data-start="1405" data-end="1408">Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Remarketing)<br data-start="1457" data-end="1460">Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)<br data-start="1490" data-end="1493">Build, launch, and manage campaigns directly within platforms<br data-start="1554" data-end="1557">Develop campaign structures, keyword strategies, and audience targeting<br data-start="1628" data-end="1631">Write and test ad copy and messaging<br data-start="1667" data-end="1670">Monitor performance and continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, IS% and revenue growth<br data-start="1753" data-end="1756">Manage budget pacing and allocation across campaigns and properties</p> <hr data-start="1827" data-end="1830"> <h4 data-start="1832" data-end="1880"><strong data-start="1837" data-end="1880">Tracking, Attribution &amp; Technical Setup</strong></h4> <p data-start="1882" data-end="2320">Own implementation and QA of tracking across platforms:<br data-start="1937" data-end="1940">Meta Pixel<br data-start="1950" data-end="1953">Google Ads conversion tracking<br data-start="1983" data-end="1986">GA4 + Google Tag Manager (GTM)<br data-start="2016" data-end="2019">Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across all campaigns<br data-start="2091" data-end="2094">Troubleshoot tracking issues (pixel firing, event duplication, attribution gaps)<br data-start="2174" data-end="2177">Maintain UTM governance and consistency across campaigns<br data-start="2233" data-end="2236">Partner with developers or vendors as needed for advanced tracking implementations</p> <hr data-start="2322" data-end="2325"> <h4 data-start="2327" data-end="2368"><strong data-start="2332" data-end="2368">Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting</strong></h4> <p data-start="2370" data-end="2678">Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization<br data-start="2442" data-end="2445">Build and maintain reporting dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, internal platform reporting)<br data-start="2534" data-end="2537">Report on key metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue<br data-start="2608" data-end="2611">Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations</p> <hr data-start="2680" data-end="2683"> <h4 data-start="2685" data-end="2731"><strong data-start="2690" data-end="2731">Creative &amp; Landing Page Collaboration</strong></h4> <p data-start="2733" data-end="2999">Partner with internal creative team to develop high-performing ad assets<br data-start="2805" data-end="2808">Provide clear creative briefs based on performance insights<br data-start="2867" data-end="2870">Identify winning creative and messaging and guide iterations<br data-start="2930" data-end="2933">Collaborate on landing page strategy to improve conversion rates</p> <hr data-start="3001" data-end="3004"> <h4 data-start="3006" data-end="3045"><strong data-start="3011" data-end="3045">Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h4> <p data-start="3047" data-end="3295">Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals<br data-start="3145" data-end="3148">Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when needed<br data-start="3204" data-end="3207">Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and new opportunities in paid media</p> <hr data-start="3297" data-end="3300"> <h3 data-section-id="15diiqs" data-start="3302" data-end="3324"><strong data-start="3306" data-end="3324">Qualifications</strong></h3> <p data-start="3326" data-end="3986">5–8 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media<br data-start="3388" data-end="3391">Strong hands-on experience with:<br data-start="3423" data-end="3426">Google Ads (Search &amp; Performance Max required)<br data-start="3472" data-end="3475">Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram)<br data-start="3506" data-end="3509">Experience implementing and managing tracking via GA4 and GTM<br data-start="3570" data-end="3573">Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and data accuracy<br data-start="3648" data-end="3651">Proven ability to manage budgets and drive measurable revenue growth<br data-start="3719" data-end="3722">Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns<br data-start="3800" data-end="3803">Experience writing ad copy and guiding creative strategy<br data-start="3859" data-end="3862">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment<br data-start="3922" data-end="3925">Hospitality or booking-driven business experience is a plus</p> <hr data-start="3988" data-end="3991"> <h3 data-section-id="swvv2e" data-start="3993" data-end="4013"><strong data-start="3997" data-end="4013">Nice to Have</strong></h3> <p data-start="4015" data-end="4235">Experience with Google Hotel Ads or metasearch platforms<br data-start="4071" data-end="4074">Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM platforms<br data-start="4115" data-end="4118">Basic understanding of SEO (collaborative, not ownership)<br data-start="4175" data-end="4178">Experience with booking engines or e-commerce platforms</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
